    How to use DELAY button:
    For example, if now is 10: 00, you make Frequency at 1 hours, and Run Time at 5 minutes, that means the first watering will start at 11: 00, and watering for 5 minutes(the second watering starts at 12: 00). But if you want the first watering start from 12: 00, so you need to use the DELAY button. you can press it for more than 2 seconds until the LED is ON, then press one time DELAY button means one hour later, so in this case, you press twice the DELAY button, which means 2 hours later, so now the first watering will start from 12: 00.
