    This gel pad with cool and heat effect has multiple uses. It can be cooled or heated, depending on the effect you want to achieve. For a cool effect, place it in the fridge or freezer, and for a heat effect, place it in the microwave (always following the instructions included).
    You can apply it directly onto the skin as desired, on the side where the gel beads are visible or, for greater comfort, on the softer flannel side. In addition, its Velcro-adjustable elastic straps provide a firm hold.
